Ongar where it all began, 11 local ladies came together and raised over £50k for Epping Breast Unit trekking the Great Wall of China in April 2017, the year leading up to the trek we hosted a number of events to achieve this, we exceeded our target and were overwhelmed by the support and generosity we received. It was a challenge to say the least but one we will never forget, making memories and f

riends for life and all for a great cause. Upon our return, having had time to recover and from feedback from people wanting to know when our next events are we have decided we’d like to continue our success and host events raising money for many more charities and support our local community. Anyone trying to raise awareness and funds for a cause local or national please do get in contact with us here on our page to discuss opportunities. All monies raised for each event will go to the chosen charity. We look forward to working with you and having fun raising money and awareness for such worthy causes.

We are taking on our next challenge, for The Princess Alexandra Breast Unit, Trekking the Jurassic coast, said to be one of the most geographically diverse coastlines in the world, it will be a challenging one 😅
Any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated, all monies will go to the unit to help them with research, treatment and care in all areas. It’s a charity very close to our hearts.

A message from Hopes sister ❤️

Hope’s travel to India has now been booked for next Tuesday. Mum and Dad will be flying to Delhi with her, and she’ll begin treatment shortly after she arrives.

As many of you know, finances are always the biggest challenge when it comes to Hope’s care. In the spirit of complete honesty and with Mum and Dad putting pride firmly to one side; two inheritances, their life savings, and previous funds raised have now nearly ran out.

Their house will be going on the market in the spring, but right now the treatment fund is nearly empty again.

We know how incredibly generous you have all been over the past 11 years. We are not asking anyone to keep digging into their own pockets. What we would be so grateful for is your help in sharing this campaign for sponsorship. Please share it on your social media, with friends, colleagues, neighbours and anyone who might be able to help us reach someone willing to support Hope’s next stage of treatment.

Many of our followers will know Hope and her journey fighting cancer. She now has to travel to India for vital treatment, die to tumours growing , this comes at a cost and fundraising efforts are in full swing. So we’ve signed up to a new trek taking place in May this year in aid of The Princess Alexandra Hospital Charitable Trust - Breast Trials Unit.
