✨ Mix & Move Highlights! ✨

Over the last two weeks our amazing group has gone from total relaxation at a calming sound bath to full‑on energy with a fun boxing session. We love seeing everyone try something new!

We always finish with lunch and a chat, the perfect way to unwind and reflect on the session together.

This community is something special 💛

Thanks to amazing funding from the Active Essex Foundation, we’ve been working with young people and adults in Harlow. This project is about so much more than just perfecting your bowling technique; it’s about building a community.

​Our participants have been:
​Getting top-tier coaching from the professionals 🧢

​Opening up in one-to-one chats with trained wellbeing staff 💬

​Gathering in a safe, supportive space to connect and grow 🌟

​We’ve absolutely loved every minute of it so far, even if we did get caught in a few classic British downpours last week! 🌧️🏏

Hooked on learning! 🎣🐟
Our students had an absolute blast "fishing" for sea creatures. Each catch had a secret number, and they had to use their awesome math skills to calculate their totals.
Safe to say, their math skills are o-fish-ally amazing! 🌊🔢
