DrMz Juniors A weekly youth group for young people in year 6 to support with the transition to secondary school. Our sessions run from 10-12 on Saturdays twice a month.

Dr Mz Juniors is a weekly drop in group for young people in year 6, held every Saturday morning between 10 - 12 at Carmarthen Youth Project. Our aim is to nurture confidence, resilience and independence. As well as encouraging peer relationships and new friendships. We also have a group of our older members who attend to mentor and support the sessions. The hope is that these younger members will go on to become members of our main Youth Drop In provision and make lasting friendships to take into their secondary school years.

This morning we enjoyed making homemade needos and personalised pencil cases. We had some yummy fish finger sarnies as our free snack and finished the session with a game of Bingo. See you next Saturday for our Animal Cwtch Workshop.

This morning our juniors enjoyed making ice cream sundaes, crafts and some yummy treats donated from Lidl Carmarthen. Our mentors ran a mini award celebration to thank our junior members for their contribution to volunteering.
