Dr.M’z is a youth drop in centre run by Carmarthen Youth Project for young people aged 11-25. We provide a comfortable, safe, informative and stimulating place for young people to meet. Mae Dr.M’z yn ganolfan galw i mewn sy’n cael ei rhedeg gan Brosiect Ieuenctid Caerfyrddin ar gyfer pobl ifanc rhwng 11 a 25 oed. Rydym yn darparu lle cyfforddus, diogel ac addysfiadol i bobl ifanc gwrdd.

We had a lovely night with some nice, relaxing rock painting and slightly less relaxing first games of our Dr Mz FIFA World Cup 26!

There was also some time for some very competitive Mario Kart. Check out the last photo to see which two were the most competitive!!!

A fantastic session at the centre last night!

We welcomed our local PCSOs for a game of pool and some great conversations with the young people, alongside Chris the youth liason nurse from the Iechyd Da Youth Health Team, who led discussions around emotions and wellbeing.

The young people also shared their thoughts on the social media ban, putting their views to paper and making their voices heard.

With plenty of FIFA, a game of Monopoly, and lots of laughter throughout the evening, it was another brilliant session!

Saturday – What Have We Been Up To?

It’s been another great Saturday session!

The young people have been busy making beads again, and all of the staff were lucky enough to receive brand-new handmade bracelets.

FIFA on the new big screen has been a huge hit once again, with both staff and young people getting involved and enjoying some friendly competition.

It was all hands on deck as we tried making the viral TikTok 3-Ingredient Fudge. The verdict? It tasted great!

We also enjoyed a few games of Monopoly and had a relaxed, chilled-out session together.

The free meal went down a storm tonight, curry is clearly a winner with everyone!

We also started some friendlies for our FIFA World Cup Switch tournament. There are still plenty of teams left to be chosen if you want to get involved. The first games start next Thursday.

We had a selection of free hygiene products available and we put out our old lost property to recycle before taking it to the charity shop. Tomorrow will be the last chance to check it.

Today we had lots going on.

They young people made friendship bracelets, followed by killer pool and Mario kart racing on the switch.

We also made a start on creating the new home made food menu using chalk board paint.

As always the digi lab was busy with the gamers gaming on ROBLOX.

A nice chilled Saturday drop in.
