We had a wonderful outing to visit Hergest Croft Gardens in Kington. We managed to miss any rain showers, had lovely food in Maples Tearooms and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beautiful gardens. A grand day out!

Yesterday we held our Annual Meeting, reflecting on all our activities and achievements over the past year. We confirmed our fabulous Committee for the next 12 months and then finished with an inspirational talk from Liz Jones at HHI ( Health Help International). ( And superb refreshments for everyone of course!)

This week we had an informative and useful session concerning delivering both CPR and using a defibrillator. We identified how to spot possible signs of cardiac arrest - how and when to administer CPR and how to access and use a defibrillator- many thanks to Luke , a full time firefighter for his clear instructions and lived experience in raising our confidence.
