Christmas wishes Our aim is to help as many people as possible during the Christmas period with gifts for the children and Christmas lunch
Who would otherwise not receive much

Christmas Wishes launched a Christmas toy appeal. For the children of hurstpierpoint, burgess hill and Hassocks areas in 2013

The mums also get to receive a small gift . We also try and get local businesses to join in
2013 was our first year and managed to help 20 families who would otherwise not have had many presents on Xmas day. Also a few mums got a Xmas dinner hamper so they could enjoy a f

estive dinner like the rest of us do. Many thanks for all your help as this does involve a lot of people to make it work. Please go to our webpage for more information on any help you can give us and also how to nominate a family to get help in 2022

Christmas 2022 fundraising is already underway. Please help and support this very local organisation help local people. Our aim is to help people for a short length of time while waiting for benefits to be sorted. We help up to 10 weeks with food and support and a budget / benefit check to make sure they are receiving what they are entitled to

We are ready.
We are just finished putting all our cakes together.
We have got over 300 delicious cupcakes and lots of tray bakes ,sponge and custard ,dipping brownies, chocolate chaos pots and the famous Dot cake .
so come down and join us.

It is on 14th of June at St John’s Park between 11 am and 3 pm
It looks like it could be another fantastic year and again it looks bigger than year.
Pop down and support us fundraising money for Christmas wishes, which helps families in Burgess Hill at Christmas time with gifts from our toy appeal and food .
this year we are doing a Christmas party which we haven’t done since lockdown so if you fancy being a Santa or you can be an entertainer for us, please get in contact as these two things have yet to be arranged . The party will be on 5th of December.

I’m looking for recommendations for somebody to come and fix a garage roof that is made of wood. It is a brick frame but a wooden roof belted. It is badly leaking in one corner and would need replacing off some of the wood. It is in hurstpierpoint some of the wood’s replacing where it is leaked and damaged the wood

Apparently this government have decided to help us yet again in the cost of living by removing school food vouchers for struggling families who receive preschool meals.
Anyone else think this is gonna cause complete chaos and an uproar when August comes round !
as usual more helps gonna be needed from already struggling food banks and charities to assist families
well done labour you’ve done it again !!!
