Broadstone Scout Group We are a large scout group in Poole, Dorset. We are proud to be one of the first scout groups created and have a rich heritage dating back to 1908!

Last week 2 teams from Broadstone Scout Troop embarked on another epic Expedition Challenge, this time 3 days on the Isle of Wight! They planned their routes, took many different modes of transport, overcame problems, planned their menus, shopped within budget, cooked their food, and worked really well together. They did all this during a heatwave and so a visit to the beach was definitely in order! They all completed multiple badge requirements and had loads of fun while doing it - well done everyone! 😁

For the past few weeks Broadstone Troop has welcomed a guest. Travis (a Scout from Australia) has taken part in various activities with us, visited Brownsea Island with one of our Scout families, swapped neckers and badges, and even made a presentation to our Scouts as part of his own badgework. Thank you to Travis and his family and hopefully we'll meet again! 🇦🇺 ❤️
