💥 We would like to give Bob, a huge THANK YOU .💥

He does so much at the allotments, which alot of the time , goes unnoticed.

To name a few things , he delivers manure, mends fences, keeps unoccupied plots clear, helps plot holders alot, hes sorts out the bonfire (when we're allowed them), arranged the community compost heap, started the community flower Garden, sorts out the Orchard part and so much more .

He wont like this post , but we want him to know , we appreciate the help he does , so

Pasta sauce -
All from a plot
Tomatoes 🍅
Onions 🌰
Red onions 🌰
Leeks
Courgette
Pepper
All diced up , then herbs , olive oil, garlic put in the oven to roast it all ,( the Tomato 🍅 skins just pull away if you dont want them ), then blitzed and put in jars ( hot water bath the jars so they last longer) or freeze it when cooled .

Tomatoes 🍅 🍅

Have you got too many Tomatoes 🍅?

This is a great way to use some up .

Cut small Tomatoes in half , place on a baking tray, cut side up , sprinkle with himalayan pink salt , bake on low heat until dried out .
In the bottom of a jar put some Basil and a little olive oil, put baked tomatoes in then more basil , then fill the jar with olive oil and put the lid on .
These are lovely on bread, pizza or just to nibble on
