This is message from the wonderful Lizzy from A Tad Hooked on Books.

📚🎉 NOTLEY GREEN PRIMARY SCHOOL… THANK YOU!! 🎉📚

Thanks to your wonderful support of the school book fair and our AMAZING author visit from Emma Swan, and lovely Nathan from UCP head office, the school will receive £520 worth of lovely FREE books! 🤩🙌

Helping the school fill its shelves is such a lovely feeling, but seeing the children getting excited about books? That’s the bit that makes it all so rewarding! 🥰

Since Emma’s visit, so many parents have stopped me to share how much their children enjoyed it…

💬 One daughter thought it was the best assembly EVER!

📚 One son wasn’t too fussed about getting the books beforehand… then heard Emma speak, got BOTH books and now can’t put them down!

🚢 Another child found Emma so inspiring that they’ve started reading Cruise Ship Kid together at home and are having so much fun!

And the teachers loved her visit too!! 🤩

I still can’t believe I won this incredible prize for the school through Usborne. What an amazing experience for the children, and hearing how that excitement has carried on at home means so much. 💛

You can bet that whenever there’s another Usborne competition I can enter for the school, I’ll be putting us forward! 🤞✨

Thank you again to the families and staff at Notley Green for your support. Enjoy your lovely new books! 📚🥰

The children have done such a wonderful job with their designs — they are all so beautiful, unique and full of Christmas magic! 🥰✨ We can’t wait for you to see them turned into special cards and gifts for your friends and family! 🎁💌

🎄 Haven’t received yours yet? 🎄
If your little one was poorly or absent from school and you haven’t received your order form, please don’t worry! ❤️ Just let us know and we’ll happily get a copy to you so you don’t miss out on all the festive fun! 🎅🎁

⏰ The deadline to order is 3rd November 2026.
Every order helps us raise valuable funds for our school, while creating a truly special Christmas keepsake featuring your child’s very own design. 🫶❤️
Thank you so much for your continued support — let’s spread a little Christmas magic! ✨🎄🎅

🎁❤️ Happy Christmas crafting and ordering, everyone! ❤️🎁
