Looking for Invigilators: Southampton Deployment
Dates: 7th – 10th June 2026

Location: Southampton

Training: Fully Provided

Contact: [email protected]

The Role
We are currently recruiting a disciplined, reliable team of Invigilators for an upcoming deployment in Southampton from Sunday 7th June to Wednesday 10th June 2026.

If you are looking for short-term operational work where professional integrity, situational awareness, and a calm, authoritative presence are highly valued, this is a perfect fit.

This role involves overseeing structured environments, ensuring strict compliance with protocols, managing logistics on the ground, and maintaining total professional standards throughout the venue.

Why This Suits Former Police & Military Personnel
At Ex-Job, we know that the transition from a structured service career means your core skills remain elite. We don't need to teach you how to manage a room, clock a potential issue before it happens, or show up on time.

Command & Presence: Your natural ability to manage environments with quiet confidence, fairness, and authority.

Attention to Detail: Absolute adherence to strict rules, timings, and procedural requirements.

Reliability: You understand what it means to be operational, adaptable, and completely reliable.

Requirements & Training
No prior invigilation experience required: Full, comprehensive briefing and training on the specific protocols will be provided prior to deployment.

Availability: You must be fully available for the duration of the dates in the Southampton area (7th – 10th June 2026).

How to Apply
If you have a law enforcement or military background and want to join the team for this deployment, get in touch immediately.

To Apply: Email your details to [email protected] to ask any questions.

I’ve been away from the mic for a while, but it’s finally time to get back on the horse. 🎙️

There’s something powerful about sharing stories that hit close to home. In this latest episode, I sit down with Alka Mistry for a deeply heartfelt discussion.

We dive into the complex world of family dynamics—specifically the friction that arises when your vision for your life runs counter to your father’s expectations. We don't hold back; we discuss:

Arranged marriages and the weight of tradition.

Policing and community identity.

The courage it takes to define your own path.

It’s an honest, raw look at the issues many of us face but rarely voice.
