Wiltshire Young Musicians Offering inclusive music programs for all abilities, from beginners to advanced. Join our Junior, Intermediate, and Senior groups, Mini Singers, and more.

Let your child discover the joy of music! Wiltshire Young Musicians is dedicated to inspiring and nurturing young musical talent across Wiltshire. We offer a range of inclusive music programs for children and teens of all abilities, from beginners to advanced players.🎵

Our groups include:

- Junior (Grades 0-2): Perfect for those just starting their musical journey.

- Intermediate (Grades 3-5):

For those looking to build on their existing skills.

- Senior (Grades 6+): Advanced ensembles like our Concert Band and Youth Orchestra.

- Mini Singers (Ages 4-7): A fun, introductory choir for our youngest musicians.

- Pick Up and Play: Open sessions for complete beginners to explore instruments and fall in love with music. No experience or instrument is necessary!

- West Wilts Young Singers: A large established choir, already hitting high notes in festivals and competitions nationally.

- North Wilts Young Singers: A vibrant new choir in Marlborough for young vocalists. Our mission is to provide a supportive and engaging environment where every young musician can thrive, build confidence, and make lifelong friends. Whether your child is picking up an instrument for the first time or preparing for advanced ensemble play, WYM has something to offer. 🎶

This afternoon!! For any families with a WYM member, come and watch the magnificent Trowbridge Symphony Orchestra rehearse FOR FREE! No need to book - come to Wiltshire Music Centre any time between 2.30 and 4.30, take any seat you like, and be amazed by their wonderful sound!

Calling all young brass, wind and percussion players!

Come and enjoy a fun filled pop and rock workshop at Wiltshire Music Centre, learning some accessible music alongside our wind bands from Chippenham and Bradford on Avon.

Our friendly tutors and student helpers will help everyone feel welcome. Students will get to perform in a group of 50+ players and enjoy the buzz of doing a concert in a superb venue!

Suitable for musicians with a few term's lessons up to approximately Grade 2, aged 6+.

Calling all young string players!

Come and enjoy a fun filled workshop at Wiltshire Music Centre, learning some accessible music alongside our string groups from Chippenham, Wootten Bassett, Devizes, Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge.

Our friendly tutors and student helpers will help everyone feel welcome. They will get to perform in a group of 50+ players and enjoy the buzz of doing a concert in a superb venue!
There will also be performances from youth orchestra students and professional musicians to inspire them to keep going on their musical journey.

Suitable for violin, viola, cello and double bass students, from a few term's lessons up to approximately Grade 2, aged 6+.
