A polite reminder to parents and carers 😊
Bovey Tracey Youth Café sessions run from 6.30pm–8.30pm. We would really appreciate young people being collected promptly at the end of the session.
After each session, our amazing staff and volunteers work hard to tidy up and prepare the café for the next session, so your support really helps us. They also need a lie down in a darkened room and to listen to some whale noises.

A quick reminder to parents and carers about Bovey Tracey Youth Café drop-in sessions 😊
To help keep all young people safe, we operate a “once in, stay in” policy during sessions. This means that if a young person chooses to leave the café before the end of the session, they are no longer under the responsibility of Bovey Tracey Youth Café and will not be able to re-enter that evening.
This policy is agreed to as part of the registration process and is in place purely to support the safety and wellbeing of all young people attending.
We would really appreciate parents and carers reinforcing this with their young people before attending sessions.
We’d also like to remind parents and carers to let us know if there have been any changes to:
• Contact details (particularly phone numbers)
• Medical information
• Allergies
• Emergency contacts
This helps us make sure all registration information is accurate and up to date.
If anyone has any questions, please drop in and ask or contact us in the usual ways.
