May has been another great month for Bideford Round Table!

A highlight for several members was attending Euromeet in Sélestat, France, where they joined Tablers from across Europe for a weekend of friendship, adventure and cultural experiences, including kayaking, wine tasting and making new connections in the beautiful Alsace region.

Closer to home, we enjoyed a competitive skittles night and a visit to Gotland Gin, sampling their excellent gins and rum while taking in the stunning views.

Bideford Round Table is a group of men aged 18–44 who enjoy friendship, new experiences, supporting the local community and making the most of their free time. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, we'd love to hear from you. Come along and see what we're all about!

We had a fantastic AGM last night, bringing both past and current members together to reflect on a great year and look ahead to what’s next for Bideford Round Table.

A real highlight of the evening was welcoming our newest member — Welcome Ian👏

We’re now looking to distribute the remaining funds raised from our awesome Santa Sleigh. We’re proud to support local charities, groups, and individuals doing brilliant work in our community.

Our Chairman has joined over 30 Tablers from all over the UK for a fun filled 2 days in Exeter

Final membership workshop of the year — all the way down in Exeter!

Amazing energy in the room with over 35 Tablers coming together to strengthen their clubs and ignite their social lives.

What a way to wrap up the year. The future’s looking bright! 💪🔥

Calling new members!

It’s cold, it's dark, it's boring, and your resolutions only lasted 9 days.

But guess what? You don’t have to hibernate - and now’s your chance to beat the January Blues and get involved!

Santa’s gone back to the North Pole and his sleigh’s packed away for another year, and we’ve got a fantastic year of social events lined up.

If you’re a bloke between 18-45 and want to upgrade your social life this year, we’re holding our first event of 2026 this coming Thursday (22nd) at Exsports. If you’re interested in seeing what we’re all about, we’d love to meet you!

We’ve got the place for the evening and will be trying out the indoor golf, racing and other simulations - and with a bar on site, it should be a cracking night!

A few of us met at Devonshire Cork & Vine to celebrate our most successful Santa Sleigh season yet - fantastic beer, wine & great company to round off our 2025.

A huge thank you to the generosity of the lovely people of Westward Ho! who kindly donated an incredible £1269 🎉

Santa would like to thank his elves from Bideford AFC Youth for their help tonight 🎅

After all 15 nights we’ve now raised somewhere close to an incredible £16,500 - we will confirm the final amount as soon as the bank have counted it all!

Westward Ho! Ho! Ho! 🎅

Santa will be on his sleigh tonight on the last of our 2025 routes by visiting the lovely people of Westward Ho!.

We’ll be covering the Golf Links Road area, starting at Richmond Park and working our way westwards before finishing on Avon Lane.

We’ll be leaving Bideford at about 5pm and you can follow Santa’s progress in real-time via the tracker link below:

Santa’s wonderful elves for this evening are from Bideford AFC Youth and we will be knocking door-to-door as usual to spread the Christmas Cheer. Any donations will be gratefully received - last year we raised over £13,500 which has since been given back to local causes and those in need.

Thank you to the lovely people from the Buckleigh Road area! 🎅

We are really thankful for the generosity shown, with £959 donated tonight! This takes our overall total to £15,229 with one night to go 🎉

We will be covering the Golf Links Road area of Westward Ho! tomorrow on our final night - look out for the route map tomorrow!

Buckleigh Road! 🎅

Santa will be on his sleigh tonight continuing our 2025 routes by visiting the lovely people of the Buckleigh Road area (Westward Ho!).

We’ll start at the estates off Gainsborough Drive, followed by those off Buckleigh Road, finishing at the Kipling Fields estate.

As this is another of our weekend routes, we will be starting an hour earlier - you can follow Santa’s progress in real-time via the tracker link below - we will be leaving Bideford at around 4pm.
