Over 50% of charities and community groups that applied to us for funding received additional support, mainly with governance and how to build a robust team and processes from which to succeed

However, we have also facilitated:
✔️Access to community events
✔️Signposting / linking to other groups undertaking similar work, to share knowledge
✔️Specialist advice and training from a local CVS for in more in depth help (which could include accounts, fundraising or volunteering)

One is that it was our first fund that focused purely on rural communities

Our countryside is majestic but those living in our rural villages and towns face unique challenges
