Week two is all about cut and stick poetry and collage! 📖✂️

We'll be using words and phrases from magazines to create our own poems and illustrate them with the colours, patterns and textures from the photographs. 🌈

⛑️ Child and Infant First Aid Awareness⛑️

⭐️ Free to attend no booking just turn up!

This session focuses on the essential first aid skills that matter most in an emergency involving your baby or child. It’s designed to be practical, reassuring, and supportive, helping parents and carers feel more confident to act when it really counts.
Parents and carers are warmly encouraged to bring babies and toddlers along. The session is deliberately informal and led by Darcey, a St John Ambulance first aid trainer and parent, so real life is fully expected. Feeding, changing, wriggling, and crying babies are all welcome.

💚 There will be plenty of opportunity to practise child and infant CPR and how to resolve choking, as well as time to ask questions and talk through worries or “what if” situations. The session offers a safe, non judgemental space to voice anxieties, build confidence through hands on practice, and leave feeling more capable and reassured. E-certificates will be provided for all participants.💚

⭐️ 🥁 RecRock's Multi-Arts Summer School is Happening this Summer Holidays! 🥁

👉️ This will be a fantastic opportunity for your child to gain new skills, learn through different art forms, take part in music, dance, film and art and much more. RecRock will be hosting this fantastic multi-arts summer school in collaboration with the Parish Trust's Youth and Children's Programme.

😁 These sessions will be free of charge and suitable for children ages 8-13. The Multi-Arts Summer School will be taking place at the Trethomas Life Centre from Tuesday 21st July to Friday 24th July with a showcase where family and friends can attend on the Friday!

👉️ Please only book a space if you are able to confirm attendance for the full four days.

💫 TLC Mums is a welcoming and supportive space to focus on yourself whilst your little one plays or is at school/ nursery. We'll be following a series of creative journaling prompts that invite you to support your well being and build community and that, all important village. And of course - tea, coffee and biscuits will flow freely! Fill up your own cup with mums who 'get it' and tap back into your creative side with TLC Mums.
