What does your lawn look like in the summer?

The benefits of a wildflower lawn than a monoculture are numerous.

Biodiversity: Wildflowers provide food and shelter for many animals and insects, which increases biodiversity.

Pollinator support: Wildflowers are a vital food source for pollinators like bees, butterflies, and moths.

Climate change: Wildflowers can help fight climate change by reducing greenhouse gases and sequestering carbon in the soil.

Medicinal uses: Some wildflowers contain compounds that can be used to treat disease.

Soil health: Wildflowers can improve soil health and reduce soil erosion.

Any others?

The best time to plant a wildflower lawn is March -April, so now is the time to get those seeds.
