✨Energy Budgeting✨

I’ve been more and more aware recently of how I feel after spending time with certain people and in certain environments and I feel less willing to do anything that makes me feel like I’m sacrificing my energy to maintain that connection.

If you check in with yourself, your body tells you everything you need to know. How this person leaves you feeling tells you everything you need to know about what you’re compromising in the face of relationship.

So yeah, this is where I’m at. I’m getting better at saying no, I’m getting better at being more of myself and if people aren’t okay with that and choose to leave then I’m okay with that too.

Choose yourself, always.

Not to s**g my own arse but I think I’m the bee’s knees!

I’ve been on a gruelling journey the past 8 years of unlearning and relearning a whole new existence.

I can safely say, for the most part I am my own best friend.

That is a beautiful reality to live in ♥️💅🏻
