Last week I popped in to support Luca’s Voice, a charity founded by an incredible mama, Nicola, inspired by her own journey with her son, Luca 💛

Luca struggled with his speech, and like so many parents, Nicola found herself searching for answers, support, and reassurance. What started as a mum trying to help her own child has grown into something so much bigger. Nicola created Luca’s Voice so other families wouldn’t feel lost or alone on the same journey 💬👶

Meeting Nicola was very inspiring. She has turned her personal experience into a charity that supports, educates, and gives hope to families navigating speech and communication challenges every day.

The event itself was brilliant, with retro cakes and buns, a raffle and quiz, a sweet shop, cupcake decorating, and fun for all the family 🍰🍭 Every penny raised helps Luca’s Voice continue their important work.
