We had to share this - behind the scenes of a successful event for the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice by Ballymena Borough Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I swear if we’d stayed on our pitch any longer we woulda flew round that golf course ourselves! It was definitely a case of all hands on deck as we held on to the gazebo for dear life!

We show up in all weathers and here’s the proof.

What a day in so many ways! I think we had every season, raining one minute, blew off our feet the next, then sun out and start again! It was definitely a mixed bag.

But one constant was the golfers who turned up no matter the weather and played for the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice. 💜 Good luck to each team and we hope you all enjoy your evening!

A huge thank you Tom and the Ballymena Borough Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a great event - we can’t wait to see your total.

Ballymena, wow!! What a day. Although the town was quieter and the weather was up and down, people visiting Ballymena town centre were as generous as ever!! Thank you.

Together you raised: ⭐️ £2,190.14 ⭐️

A massive THANK YOU goes to all our collection volunteers throughout the day. We couldn’t have raised this without your time, your willingness to stand in the possibility of rain and with your smiles and thank yous to the general public. You are all amazing and together with the visitors to the town you have achieved amazing things - thank you!

Huge thank you to Margaret and helper Maureen for another successful street collection event. 💜
