🚗🏁 MEN & MOTORS – WHAT A FANTASTIC WEEK🏁🚗

We kicked off our week with a trip to 🌊 Scarborough seafront, followed by a good old chip shop lunch 🐟 and some friendly competition at 🎳 Olympia Bowling.

🎃 We celebrated Halloween with some pumpkin carving…

We then headed to York to watch the new Street Fighter movie, Popcorn, snacks and a trip to the cinema – just what we needed 🍿🎬

🚘 Bangers & Cash Museum – a trip back in time, exploring some amazing classic cars and bikes 🏍️. And the icing on the cake was meeting Derek himself 🤩 One guest was so starstruck they even cried happy tears. Dreams really do come true 🥹❤️

🐎 In-house Night at the Races– a first for us, but certainly not the last. It was great fun and everyone went home a winner 🏆

We also enjoyed cosy movie nights, a pub night and some arts and crafts🍻🎬

and even squeezed in a day trip to beautiful Goathland – Heartbeat country 🚂

We rounded off our holiday with a full English brunch 🍳, followed by an afternoon of foot golf and foot pool for some of the lads. What a super fun activity ⚽️

There was also time for a spot of souvenir shopping 🛍️ because, of course, men like to shop too!

To finish our holiday in style, we enjoyed a celebration meal out at the pub followed by a drive along the seafront, taking in all the amazing fireworks lighting up the beach 🎆

So many smiles, special moments and memories made 🥰

🎃🍂 Well, it’s that time of year again! The pumpkins are out, the leaves have turned orange, and we’re getting into the Halloween spirit! 👻🧡

One of our lovely holidaymakers has been busy pumpkin carving at her day service and wanted to share her creation with you all! 🎃😌

Our next holiday heads out on Saturday, and we’ll be getting our crafting supplies out for a group pumpkin-carving session! 👀 Watch this space! 🍂👻

🌊 Last week, we headed off to Parkdean Resorts, Weymouth, for a fun-filled getaway! 🏡✨

Despite the rainy, pre-storm weather, we didn’t let a little rain dampen our spirits! 🌧️😄 There was far too much fun to be had!

🚗 After enjoying our journey down to Dorset, we arrived just in time for an evening meal at the onsite restaurant before settling into our luxury cabins and getting to know one another.

🎳 The fun continued with bowling at Hollywood Bowl, splashing about in the swimming pool and getting creative in the art studio! From tie-dye T-shirts and pottery painting to a very special Build-A-Bear, there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🧸🎨

🎤 Our evenings were filled with entertainment, delicious meals and plenty of laughter. We also celebrated a birthday in style with a lovely buffet lunch! 🎂🥳

🛍️ We rounded off our trip with a day of souvenir shopping in Weymouth, picking up a few holiday keepsakes before heading out for one final celebration meal! 🍽️🌊

❤️ What a fantastic trip! Full of fun, friendship and special memories made together — and not even the British weather could spoil our fun!☔😂✨

🏝️🚢 Our Isle of Wight Adventure!💙✨

Our very first trip featured in the brochure, and what a busy, fun-filled week we had! 😍

🌊 Starting from Southampton, a lovely meal on the ferry and then off to our home for the week, the beautiful Knighton Gorges Manor House, tucked away in the countryside at Newchurch. 🏡

🦋 Our first full day brought a trip to the cinema to watch Shaun the Sheep 🐑, followed by Butterfly World, where we explored the Japanese gardens, indoor fountains and reptile house 🐍. The evening was filled with flower arranging and pumpkin arts and crafts! 🎃🌸

🚂 Wednesday was all aboard the Isle of Wight Steam Railway for a spooky Halloween special, before visiting Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s private residence 👑🏰 We rounded off the day with a delicious home-cooked evening meal at The Pointer Country Inn. 😋

🌞 Our last was well spent with a scenic drive around the island’s coastline and a visit to the famous Needles! 🌊 It was very windy but lovely and sunny, perfect for plenty of photos 📸, souvenir shopping and those last-minute gifts! 🛍️

❤️ Then it was back to East Cowes to catch the ferry, enjoy a lovely lunch on board and begin the long drive back north.

✨ A wonderful week full of adventures, laughter, beautiful sights and memories to last a lifetime! 🥰🏝️

🦋 This Month we say farewell to Maddy!💛

As Maddy moves on to the next exciting stage of her career, she has certainly earned her butterfly wings with us at Chrysalis! We hope she takes with her all the experience, skills and happy memories she’s gained during her time with us.

We’ll miss having her as part of the Chrysalis team, but you never know… she may be back next summer to bless us with her presence once again! 😉

🚂 What a week of adventure we had in Yorkshire for our Great Yorkshire Railway Holiday! 🚦🛤️

A fantastic week full of fun, laughter and plenty of exploring! From our miniature steam train ride at North Bay Railway and a visit to Betton Farm, to the cinema in York for some, while others enjoyed fish and chips by the sea in Bridlington and a spot of shopping, there’s been something for everyone! 🐟🛍️

We travelled by steam train to Goathland, enjoyed afternoon tea in the famous Heartbeat village, explored York’s Railway Museum, and one guest enjoyed a trip to Filey Zoo! 🐒🚂

In the evenings, we got creative with some model train painting, while others enjoyed jigsaws too.

On our last day, we enjoyed seaside strolls in Scarborough, shopping and a walk on the beach and, of course, treated ourselves to some cakes after a wholesome trip on the oldest tramway — another amazing experience! 🍰☕️

We rounded off our holiday with a lovely celebration meal, making memories, sharing laughs and enjoying every moment together. ❤️

Trains, seaside treats and lots of cake — what more could you ask for? 🚂🎉

🎆🎡 Another fabulous week in Blackpool!🎢🎠

What a week of fun, laughter and memories! 😍

🦁 Blackpool Zoo was a huge hit, with lunch at the Safari Café and amazing animal encounters, followed by a magical evening drive through the Illuminations ✨🌈

🎪 Blackpool Tower Circus was fantastic! Our holidaymakers loved Mucky and Boo and all the incredible acts! 🤡👏

🎢 One guest enjoyed a thrilling day riding the coasters at Pleasure Beach, while the others tucked into lunch on the pier, enjoyed some souvenir shopping 🛍️ and snapped selfies with the stars at Madame Tussauds! 🌟📸

🎤 Evenings were filled with hotel entertainment caberet, dancing 💃🕺, raffles, karaoke and bingo and even a fancy-dress competition! 🎉😂

🌧️ Unfortunately, the Tower was closed due to the weather, but that certainly didn’t dampen our spirits!

Everyone had a fantastic time, and we’re already looking forward to our next adventure! ❤️🥰

🎡✨ Our First Blackpool Illuminations Holiday of 2026! ✨🎡

What a fabulous few days we had in Blackpool! ❤️

☕ Monday – Arrival day! We enjoyed an evening meal at The Shovels Grill before heading out on our very first drive through the spectacular Illuminations! 🎆💡

💃 Tuesday – The Ballroom wowed us, we braved the glass SkyWalk at the Tower, and the circus had us laughing! We then enjoyed tea out before singing the night away to Jersey Beats at Viva! 🎶🕺

🚋 Wednesday – All aboard! We took the tram to the Pleasure Beach and back, explored Central Pier, tried our luck in the penny arcades, enjoyed lunch and a spot of shopping. Two guests had their own fun with lunch and games at the Flower Ball 🌸, before we all reunited at Busy Bees 🐝 for karaoke! We rounded off the day with tea at the Air Balloon and another magical drive through the lights! ✨🎤

🎢 Thursday – Eight guests headed off for thrills at the Pleasure Beach, while two enjoyed a trip to the zoo 🦁. We all came back together at Plum Tree Farm for our final meal out. 🍽️

❤️ From dazzling lights and daring heights to singing, laughing and making memories, we’ve had the BEST time in Blackpool! 🎡🥰

What a way to kick off our first Illuminations holiday! Bring on the next adventure! 🎉💛

✨ Our Magical Harry Potter Oxford Week✨

What an absolutely magical wizarding week we have had! 🪄✨

We kicked things off with a delicious meal at our local pub 🍻🍽️! 💫

⚡ Warner Bros. Studio Tour London⚡\
Our first full day was spent at the Studio Tour, enjoying every second of the Dark Arts experience 🖤✨. We sipped Butterbeer 🍺🧈, had photos with Death Eaters 😈, discovered magical secrets and went behind the scenes of the wizarding world 🎬🪄. So many amazing photo opportunities — it was truly spellbinding! 📸✨

And, naturally, we finished the day with another meal at the pub… 🍻😂

🏰 Wednesday was all about Oxford! 🏰

We explored the stunning Bodleian Library and New College, wandering through the very halls and courtyards that helped bring Hogwarts to life on screen 🪄🎬. There was plenty of magical posing 📸, souvenir shopping 🛍️, a café stop ☕🍰 and, after a busy day, a cosy pizza takeaway back at the hotel 🍕❤️.

Thursday took us to Windsor! 👑🏰

Our London plans were thwarted by the traffic 🚗😩, so we decided to make the most of it and took Windsor by storm! We managed to catch the Changing of the Guard 🎺🥁 before exploring Windsor Castle, enjoying a picnic lunch 🧺🥪, wandering the castle grounds and visiting beautiful St George’s Chapel⛪✨. Of course, we couldn’t leave without some royal afternoon tea☕👑 — very fitting for our little wizarding adventure!

🍻 Our final night? Back to the local pub!
We enjoyed Monday night so much that we simply had to return. 😂❤️ By then, we were feeling like proper locals — and we certainly felt very welcome!

From castles and colleges to Butterbeer and Death Eaters, magical film locations, pizza nights and cosy pub dinners — we’ve made memories that will last a lifetime. 💕📸

…….Until the next adventure… Mischief officially managed!🪄⚡🏆
