It's our Fathers Day themed social group meeting on Wednesday 10 June from 6-7.30pm at the 4C Community Centre on Taunton Road Ashton-under-Lyne OL7 9DR. This month we will be making cards and gifts for the special men in your life: fathers, grandfathers, uncles, coaches, teachers etc. Come and make some crafts, play games, and enjoy music and snacks. Dr Joy Harris Consultant Clinical Psychologist will be on hand to offer individual advice and support if needed. No referral is needed, it's free to attend (but donations are always welcome) and all the family are welcome 🥰

Thank you to everyone who came to help us celebrate our 10 years of PHEW! Everyone brought along loads of yummy food to share and we were so lucky with the weather! We had a lovely walk and the children enjoyed their time in the play area. Thank you to everyone who sponsored our walk, we are still collecting donations and every little helps 🥰

Well, our 10th anniversary is finally here! And it's lovely weather for our sponsored walk and contributing picnic after. We are looking forward to greeting our regulars and any new families who wish to join us at 11am by the play area in Stamford Park in Ashton-under-Lyne. See you all soon 🥰

We are about to start running our next Tigers group for children and young people with anxiety. This consists of 6 online 90 minute sessions on Wednesday evenings in May and June. The group is for parents and children but if a child is too anxious to participate the parents can attend and do the work with their child in between the sessions. It is suitable for all school aged children. We already have a waiting list but we have plenty of spaces so anyone who would like to attend is welcome to email us at [email protected] for a referral form.

5 days to go before our PHEW! 10 year anniversary celebrations on SUNDAY 10 MAY. We started PHEW! off with a sponsored walk 10 years ago in May so we thought it would be good to do this again! We are going to meet by the play area in Stamford Park at 11am, do a short wander round the park and then have a contributing picnic lunch.
