✨ In Memory of Alex ✨

This year, Caroline has taken on the Camino de Santiago — a journey that is not only physically demanding, but deeply emotional and incredibly meaningful ❤️

She’s walked in support of TOGS MIND, a charity doing vital, life‑changing work for people struggling with their mental health. But this is more than just a challenge… it’s a journey rooted in love, loss, and hope.

Caroline has experienced the devastating impact of losing family members to su***de. Loss like this never truly leaves you — it reshapes your world in ways you don’t expect. It’s a reminder of how important it is to talk, to listen, and to make sure nobody feels alone in their darkest moments.

With every step on the Camino, she carried the memory of the people she’s lost. Honouring them in the most powerful way she can. This walk is about turning pain into purpose… and creating hope for others ❤️

TOGS MIND provides essential support — from helplines and advocacy to community services that ensure people feel heard, valued, and supported when they need it most.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, can make a real difference. It can help someone find light when everything feels dark. It can help save a life.

🙏 If you’re able to support Caroline on this incredible journey, you’re not just celebrating her achievement... you’re helping someone else find their way forward.

Let’s come together to support this amazing cause, raise awareness, and remind people that they are never alone 💙 THANK YOU, CAROLINE!!
