**IMPORTANT JAMBOREE INFORMATION**

CAR PARKING FOR JAMBOREE VISITORS TONIGHT - PLEASE READ

There is limited on-site parking at Earleywood.

You may use the on-site car park at Earleywood if you meet the following criteria:
 If you are taking a Beaver or Cub home after the BBQ, who has been camping overnight on Friday.
 If you are a Leader / Helper / Trustee of 1 st Ash Vale Scout Group.
 If you are a Blue Badge holder and require Disabled parking.

All other cars for the Evening BBQ should park in our arranged overflow car park, which is located at:

Charters School, Charters Rd, Sunningdale, Ascot, SL5 9QY

The overflow car park will open from 5.30pm and there will be a regular minibus shuttle (approx. 5 mins journey) operating between the car park and the Campsite between 5.30pm – 7.00pm to ferry people and equipment (chairs/picnic hampers etc). The Shuttle will make return journeys from Earleywood from 8.45pm – 10.00pm.

Shuttle bus drivers will be available outside these times if urgently required for transport to/from the overflow car park.
