🍲The Tuesday Morning Club is bringing our community together to create a cookbook filled with the recipes, traditions, hints and kitchen wisdom that make our homes so special.

🍞Whether it's your famous wheaten bread, your mother's family stew that's been passed down through generations, a quick midweek favourite, or a delicious traybake everyone asks for, we'd love to include it!

We're also looking for:

🍰 Sweet treats
🥘 Family dinners
🥣 Soups & starters
🌍 Recipes from around the world
🍞 Traditional breads
🍓 Preserves
💡 Handy kitchen hints & tips
📸 A photograph of your finished dish

📖This cookbook will celebrate the people, stories and flavours of our local community, helping preserve treasured recipes for future generations.

🌼🌸We had a gorgeous morning at The Tuesday Morning Club yesterday carrying out OPERATION BEAUTYIFY at Corran Hall.

✨️All us clubbers got to work, we planted flowers, cleaned windows, picked litter, brushed and beautified until the hall was shining in all it's glory.

👌Many thanks to Christopher at Lappin’s Shop - Truddens for supplying us with the soil and muscle today!!

🌈 We had a brilliant time at The Tuesday Morning Club today because we spent a lovely two hours with students and teachers from St Mary's PS Granemore and Foley Primary School Ballymacnab. We missed St Michael's PS, Clady, but we will see you soon. 🫶

♻️ Today we were getting together as part of Intergenerational Week 2016 which aims to reduce social isolation and create stronger, more inclusive communities where people of all ages can thrive.

🌎 We wanted to promote understanding, respect, and the mutual benefits between different age groups through a shared art activity. So we took today's theme "Let’s Save the World Together" and created an amazing 25 foot long mural to show how we can do that in our community.

🎨 🖌 Thanks a million to everyone who joined in the fun today, it was absolutely brilliant! 👏🏻

Thanks so much to Roisin Tallon at Action Mental Health for delivering the Provoking Thought Workshop at The Tuesday Morning Club today. We thoroughly enjoyed it and learned so much about the importance of positive mental health and being open about our own experiences.
