Une façon de valoriser de manière festive des musiques porteuses d’une identité forte mais ne bénéficiant d’aucune attention politique, de changer le regard que l’on porte sur ces « minorités », de rencontrer ces autres qu’on oublie souvent. Le transcontinental Charango est le deuxième volet de l’aventure internationale des Projets Transcontinentaux, qui jusque là, n’ont tourné qu’en Amérique Latine. C’est la rencontre ultime de l’électro français (Electrofacto, feat Jean-Paul Hervé) avec l’instrument virtuose des Andes, le charango, nourri par la poésie bilingue d’un Hipopeur franco argentin, Jéronimo Saer, et anglaise de l’écrivaine New Yorkaise Lila Azam Zanganeh.

Yann-Gaël Poncet is a virtuoso, he is also a traveler. And when he travels the most distant regions, the violin in hand, no door remains closed. It is the magic of these encounters that he brings us through his Transcontinental projects. A way of valuing in a festive way musics of strong identity but benefiting from no political attention, a way to change the look we put on these "minorities", a way to meet these others we often forget. The « Transcontinental Charango » is the second part of the international adventure of the Transcontinental Projects, which to there, only toured in Latin America. It is the ultimate meeting between the French électro-Jazz and the virtuoso instrument of the Andes, the charango, fed by the bilingual poetry of Argentine French Hipopeur Jéronimo Saer and english poetry of the New York writer Lila Azam Zanganeh.
