Connecting, Empowering, and Growing Together! 🌟

On Friday, August 28th, International Women Turku held our first Networking and Friends Event for Autumn 2026! It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces and warmly welcome many new ones. It was an evening filled with great conversations, shared learning, and genuine fun!

Our networking and Friends event facilitated by Jaana and Induja, creates a warm, safe space where international women can share experiences, build mutual support systems, and feel at home in Finland.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made the evening so special. Stay tuned for our next event coming up on 27th September, 12.00 - 13:30 —we can't wait to see you there!

What you'll do: Help with venue setup and decoration, welcome and register participants, or provide general coordination support during our gatherings.
Commitment: Flexible! You can sign up for specific events that fit your schedule.

Do you have a hobby, skill, or passion you want to share? We want to hear your ideas for regular monthly activities!
Activity Ideas: Book clubs, dance groups, cooking sessions, walking or running clubs, movie nights, board games, arts & crafts, or any other creative idea that brings people together.
What you'll do: Plan and host regular (usually monthly) casual meetups for the community.
