Viewing of rescue dogs strictly by appointment Since May 2000 Janette and her family, have been taking in, rescuing and re-homing animals of all descriptions that have been abandoned, ill treated, abused or dumped. We are situated on the outskirts of San Miguel, Costa Blanca, 40 miles south of Alicante, Spain.

We are going to call our new rescue Mila. The lady that spent three weeks tirelessly trying to befriend this little girl so she could catch her named her, so we thought it was only right to keep that thoughtful name.

Dog's name: Luna Age: 4 years Breed: Mixed breed Health: She is microchipped and fully vaccinated. Temperament: She is very sweet and gets along well with people. At first, if she doesn't know someone, she might bark a little, but then she's very affectionate.
Due to work commitments this dog needs a new home.

My favourite post! Happy adoptions! Still slow going with our adoptions but at least a few of the dogs are getting their happy endings. Thank you to all of you that have given these dogs their best life, we are really grateful.

This gorgeous little girl was brought to us yesterday from the Torremendo area. It has taken around three weeks of patience for her to be caught as she is very shy. Thankfully they managed to catch her and bring her straight to us. Great work everyone. We now need a name.

No one has claimed this cute boy yet, he’s recently had a hair cut so he definitely must be missed by someone. Please keep sharing this so we can find the owner.

Another event to raise money for the animals, thank you to Yvonne for organising a fashion show that took place at El Capitan, Punta Prima. Lots of fun was had and €195 raised. We would also like to say thanks to Ron, Phil, Maria, Yvonne and the staff from El Capitan.
