The EPIC Technology Meeting on Microelectronics & Photonics – Two Sides of One Coin at attocube brought together innovators from across both industries to explore how these worlds are quickly merging.
From integrated photonics and 3D integration to semiconductor metrology, wafer-level testing, and advanced materials — the discussions highlighted how collaboration across the value chain is driving the next wave of technological breakthroughs.
