Join us for an exciting afternoon at the DPZ on June 2nd! 🐒
From 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., you’ll get the chance to take a tour through the animal husbandry facilities, learn more about the work at the DPZ, and ask all your questions along the way.
We’ll also have a talk by Dr. Hoffmann on infection biology — a great opportunity to gain insights into current research in the field.
The whole event will be held in English and is open to students interested in science, research, and animal biology.

🔬The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is the world’s leading organization for applied research. With its focus on future-relevant key technologies and on the exploitation of the results in business and industry, it plays a central role in the innovation process. The Fraunhofer Institute for Translational Medicine and Pharmacology ITMP is breaking innovative ground in the early detection, diagnosis and therapy of diseases resulting from impaired immune system functions. In Göttingen, the focus is on research into inflammatory neurodegenerative diseases such as multiple sclerosis as well as the investigation of new pharmacologically active substances and their influence on the nanostructure of (living) cells. For this purpose, the department has a number of automated ultra-high resolution microscopes. A Fraunhofer research group for „First in Man“ (Phase I) clinical trials has been established at the Göttingen Clinical Center.

LinkedIn bietet umfangreiche Möglichkeiten, berufliche Kontakte zu knüpfen, die eigene Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen und Karrierechancen aktiv zu gestalten sei es in der Wissenschaft, in der Wirtschaft oder an der Schnittstelle beider Bereiche.

In diesem Workshop zeige ich Euch, wie man sich ein überzeugendes Profil erstellt, dass akademische Erfahrung, Kompetenzen und Erfolge in Einklang mit Karrierezielen deutlich hervorhebt. Außerdem werde ich erläutern, wie sich Datenschutz- und Sichtbarkeitseinstellungen effektiv anpassen lassen und warum diese Aspekte für einen sicheren und authentischen Online-Auftritt unerlässlich sind.

Gemeinsam besprechen, wir Strategien zum Netzwerken und der Jobsuche und welche Möglichkeiten die Plattform darüber hinaus bietet. Zwischendrin wird es ein paar Umfragen geben und das ganze endet mit einem Q & A.

Bei unserem Einstiegsabend stellen Dir die btS und unsere Arbeit vor.
