JCI is a Leadership Organization. Our focus is to provide leadership development opportunities We aim to make positive impact in our community for 35 years.

JCI IOBA Curacao is one of the local organizations affiliated to junior chamber international (JCI). Perhaps you may have heard of Home Farming Tera Krioyo or JCI IOBA Curacao Creative Young Entrepreneur Award Program Festival di Awa and Curaçao Moon Walk. Besides that we have organized the first edition of the Project Nothing Physical. These are the Signature projects of JCI IOBA Curaçao in whic

h we are creating positive impact by addressing the needs of our community. JCI is a global organization of Enterprising Young Leaders that strives to create sustainable solutions to community challenges, In order to identify these challenges we conduct several needs analysis and come up with projects that will help us to create a positive impact. Our organization uses the JCI IOBA Curacao Research & Development Program to complete analysis/ assessments of the most pressing issues of our community and to develop strategies to develop sustainable solutions. These sustainable solutions become to aforementioned signature projects

Our organization is open for enterprising leaders between the ages of 18 to 40. A JCI career will surely help you to develop yourself to become a better citizen and professional. Being a volunteer in your community gives you a great sense of satisfaction not only because you are participating in sustainable solutions but also developing yourself.

✨ JCI World President Visit | Curaçao ✨

From August 31 to September 3, JCI Dutch Caribbean had the pleasure of welcoming JCI World President Alejandra Castillo for a memorable visit filled with learning, connection, and inspiration.

On September 1, the local chapters of Curaçao came together for a Membership Engagement event, bringing together members, senators, and guests. It was a great opportunity to learn from Madam President Alejandra’s JCI journey, exchange experiences, and discover what being part of JCI can truly offer.

During her visit, we also had the opportunity to visit UOC, Kurasón pa Kòrsou, the Governor of Curaçao, Daniel Corsen of Scouting, and one of our project 21st Century Skills. She also had the opportunity to meet with the senators of Curaçao.

Thank you, Madam President Alejandra, for the inspiring and enjoyable days. We truly appreciate the time, energy, and knowledge you shared with us.

Our eighth GMM was a special evening as we welcomed our 2026 National Vice President, Nathan Morishaw, for his official visit to JCI IOBA Curaçao.

We also took a moment to recognize our Q2 Member, Guest, and Board Member for their outstanding dedication and contribution to JCI IOBA Curaçao.

During the evening, we shared updates on our ongoing projects and trainings, as well as the upcoming visit of JCI World President Alejandra Castillo, who will be in Curaçao from August 31 to September 3, 2026. 🌎✨
