Charlie Smith, a preemie born at just 1 pound, celebrated the end of years of medical care with a parade in Powder Springs Georgia just before his third birthday. After 328 days in the hospital and extensive therapy, he’s now thriving and meeting all his milestones. 🎉

Let's take a look back at our beautiful honoree who graciously wowed us with her voice 🎤 during our 2023 Gala. Onira is a Television/Film Actress (currently starring in NBC's Grosse Pointe Garden Society), a Believer, and Mama of a Miracle! Her Sweet Daughter spent 299 days in the NICU with major respiratory challenges. Defying all of the odds against her, she is now a thriving, ACTIVE, and lovable 7 years old! Onira cherishes any and every moment she has to encourage others through their own trials and spread the good news of her daughter's miraculous testimony.Im honored to know this beautiful soul and call her friend!! A major contributor to premature baby deaths in low-income countries is the lack of adequate neonatal care facilities. These resource limitations present significant challenges to infant survival and maternal health.

While .o and founder were in Abidjan preparing for their news segment at They learned during a conversation that their makeup artist, Ange, had recently lost her baby due to these very challenges.

They later sat down with Ange to talk about that heartbreaking day when she went into preterm labor an experience no parent should have to endure.
