PHB welcomes Dr. Novè Deypalan, Conductor, Composer and Credential Educator.

We invite PHB members and music students of all levels to take part in this event and join in the Philippine Heritage Band Rehearsal on Sun, April 26th from 3:00pm to 4:30pm at the PHB Centre 91 Thornhill Woods Drive.
