Thank you to all the amazing parents who joined us for a session about tools for fueling your youth which included tips for practical healthy (and delicious) food options, positive approach to this important topic and a message of Tu Bishvat related to this topic. One of the highlights was a demo for a healthy breakfast inspired by Tu Bishvat :).

Tonight at CTeen Cafe we had our last Positivity Club session, an attempt for some pre chanukah art and a visit from Bat El from . Ty Bar El for the amazing food and for introducing us to the program!

Tonight's CTeen Cafe we had a Fall inspired session of CChefs- Pie Ed. Including pie baking, a warm dinner- soups bar, garlic bread and salad AND time at the lounge! Take a look :)
