Pamela is one of the most loving little dogs you could ever meet. She is affectionate, gentle, calm, and happiest when she is close to her person.
She loves being held, giving kisses, taking naps beside you, and simply feeling safe and loved. She is wonderful with adults and children and would make an incredible companion for someone looking for a sweet, easygoing little dog.
Pamela enjoys peaceful walks on leash, but she doesn't need a lot of exercise. She is perfectly happy following your pace, stopping occasionally to sniff the plants, and then returning home to relax by your side. 🥰
She also loves bedtime and feels especially safe sleeping close to her person, although she can sleep in her own bed.

Pamela doesn't really play with other dogs, but she is friendly and peaceful around them.
The one thing to be aware of is that she prefers to be left alone while eating. If someone gets too close to her food bowl, she may give a warning bark, but she does not otherwise display resource guarding.
She is generally very quiet. She may give a few little barks when she encounters an unfamiliar dog on a walk, but she settles quickly. If left alone, she may whimper softly because she misses her person.

🥹 Pamela's Rescue Story
On July 11, while on my way to the pharmacy to buy medicine for my dog, I spotted Pamela.
She was tiny, dirty, and standing under the intense Cancún sun, trying to drink from a puddle of dirty water.
I immediately went after her. She was frightened and ran a little, but when she heard my gentle voice, she stopped. I picked her up with one hand and held her close to my chest so she would know she was safe.
Once in the car, I offered her fresh water, which she drank immediately. She was shy at first, but within minutes, she had relaxed.
Given her condition, it was clear that Pamela had either been abandoned or had never received the care and love she deserved. She had likely been wandering in search of water, trying to survive the extreme heat.
Today, that little dog is completely different. ❤️
🥰 From Her Foster Family
Pamela is the most loving little dog. She wants nothing more than to be by your side and will happily give you kisses, take a nap on your chest, or curl up next to you.
You'll know when she's smiling because her happy little face says it all!
At mealtime, she spins around with excitement, and when she sees her leash, she becomes the happiest little dog in the world.
She is small enough to accompany you almost anywhere and would be the perfect little companion for someone who wants a loving, calm dog who simply wants to be part of their life.
Pamela has already been given a second chance. Now she just needs her forever family. ❤️🐾
