Are you traveling from Cancun to Vancouver?

We urgently need to send medication for one of our dogs who suffers from seizures, and his preventive medication is about to run out. 💊
Is anyone flying with any airline and willing to help us bring it to Vancouver?
It’s safe, lightweight, takes up virtually no space, and travels with a medical prescription. 🙏

🐾 Meet Nora 🐾

Nora and her brother Paco were adopted locally in Mexico years ago by a couple. However, earlier this year they were found wandering the streets once again.
Their rescuer recognized them and contacted the family, who explained that they had recently welcomed a baby and could no longer care for them.
Sadly, Nora and Paco had been neglected. They were covered in ticks, sick, dirty, and in poor condition. Fortunately, their rescuer stepped in once again and brought them to safety.

🐾Since then, Nora has received all the care she needed.
She has been vaccinated, spayed, treated for his medical issues, and even had a dental cleaning.

🔝Nora is the perfect companion. She is incredibly loving, clean, fully house-trained, and always seems to have a smile on her face. Although she has a low-energy personality, she's always happy to join you on a new adventure.

✔️She loves her morning walks, soaking up the sunshine, and mealtime. She's happy to eat her kibble, although she certainly appreciates a little something extra mixed in! Her favorite things, though, are belly rubs and curling up next to you in bed for a cozy nap.

Nora enjoys taking her time on walks, stopping to sniff, admire the scenery, and greet everyone she meets. Every time you call her name, she turns around with the sweetest smile.
Nora truly deserves the very best family‼️

She does take daily heart medication because she was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition, but it is well managed and she is otherwise a healthy little girl. She also uses lubricating eye drops due to age-related dry eyes, which likely developed after years of neglect.

Nora is a little ray of sunshine who will fill your home with love, companionship, and joy every single day.

Paco enjoys playing with other dogs, going for walks, and spending time with his people. He is the kind of companion who would happily join you on your daily adventures and then relax by your side afterward.

He loves sunbathing in the morning, enjoys mealtime very much, and absolutely loves sleeping cuddled up next to his person in bed. He isn't a fan of being carried, he's an independent little guy.
At home, Paco has a calm, low-energy personality, but he's always ready for a walk, an outing, or a new adventure.

He likes to chase cats, so he is looking for a cat-free home.

👉🏼These beautiful dogs arrived to Canada in May and have now had time to settle into their new lives. A new country, new routines, new friends, and everything that comes with a fresh start.

I like to think I'm the perfect dog for almost any family.

I'm friendly with both people and other pets, and I have a calm, easygoing personality. At home, I have low energy, I'm independent, and I don't have separation anxiety. I rarely bark, I’m a great companion for car rides

I love affection, but I also appreciate having my own spaceI don't get into mischief when left alone. Of course, my favorite thing is to go everywhere with you, but I'm also happy to stay home and relax until you return.

I love going for walks and enjoy car rides, making me an excellent companion for all of life's adventures.
I'm clean and housebroken, and I've adapted very well to life in a home.

My story began in Mexico, where I spent a long time tied up beneath a tricycle in one of the neighborhoods with the highest rates of animal abuse. I was left there day after day, and my teeth became worn down from chewing on the wood, trying to free myself.

An independent rescuer named Isabel had seen me living like that for almost two years. Then one day, while she was stopped at a red light, she noticed that I was alone and my owners weren't around. She quickly got out of her truck, cut the rope, and rescued me.
That was the moment my life changed. ✨

After that, I lived in a foster home with more than eight dogs of all sizes.
Now, I'm ready to leave my past behind and find the forever family I've always deserved.

One day, my sister China and I were spotted running down a busy avenue. Several people tried to rescue us, but we were so frightened that we kept running into traffic, making it impossible for anyone to get close enough to catch us.

Our story was shared on social media, and throughout the day, kind people posted updates about where they had seen us. Finally, that evening, a wonderful couple found us and, with a lot of patience, earned our trust.

After more than two weeks, no one came forward to claim us, and we eventually arrived at Project Harmony.

I am currently living in a wonderful foster home with Johanna, who has cared for us since we arrived in Canada. I share my home with children, another dog, and even cats, and I get along well with everyone.

I almost always have a smile on my face. I'm a happy little girl who loves to run and play with my sister, but I'm also very affectionate and enjoy cuddling with my people, especially at bedtime.
I'm clean and fully house-trained, great on car rides, and I walk nicely on a leash. I love going for walks and being part of your daily adventures.

I do have one little quirk, I'm a bit of a picky eater and prefer my kibble mixed with wet food.

China and I would love to be adopted together because we've always had each other, but we know that finding a home for two dogs can be difficult. For that reason, we are also open to separate adoptions if the right family comes along.
