Our Canada Summer Jobs students recently joined McLaren Housing Society onsite for its annual Pride BBQ, where they captured some of the joy, conversation and community spirit shared throughout the day.

We’re grateful to McLaren for welcoming our team—and for its continued partnership in helping create safer, more inclusive and affirming housing for 2SLGBTQIA+ people.

🏡 Are you currently living in a co-living arrangement in BC’s Lower Mainland?

Living with Pride Foundation would love to meet your household and learn what works, what can be challenging, and what helps everyone feel comfortable, supported and at home.

We’re looking for households where:

🌈 At least one member is a 2SLGBTQIA+ older adult aged 55+
🏠 Everyone currently lives together
💬 All household members are comfortable joining an in-person conversation at their shared home

Each household member who participates will receive a **$100 honorarium**.

We are deeply grateful to **100+ Gay Men for a Cause Vancouver** for their generous $2,500 donation to the Living with Pride Foundation.

This contribution will support the development of a **Class C construction budget for Nelly’s House**, an important step toward making this vision a reality.

Nelly’s House will be a purpose-built, q***r-affirming community where 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors and their allies can age with dignity, safety, connection and belonging in Vancouver’s West End.

100+ gay men is an organization comprised of a network of philanthropic gay men that comes together as a community to select a charity that enables them to leverage their donations for greater impact.
