Meals on Wheels is more than a meal. ❤️ It’s nourishment, connection, and a familiar face at the door. It helps people live independently at home and provides reassurance to families and caregivers.

The Fresh Produce Program was developed in direct response to feedback from our Meals on Wheels clients. While clients consistently tell us they enjoy our meals, many have also shared that the rising cost of groceries makes it increasingly difficult to regularly purchase fresh fruits and vegetables....

While work is being completed at the back of our building, access will be restricted through doors #1 and #2 (CCCH offices and Community Care Treasures). We are hoping the work will be completed by the end of the month. Thank you for your cooperation.

The LCBO and Meals on Wheels Ontario tote bag campaign is officially underway! We’re excited to share that the reusable tote bags are now available at participating LCBO stores across Ontario and can also be purchased online.

Purchase a tote bag. Provide one meal.

100% of proceeds from the tote bag campaign will be donated to Meals on Wheels Ontario to provide meals to seniors and people with disabilities.

"My wife loves volunteering for Community Care. She loves the people who she drives and this makes her feel important. People don't realize how important this service is. It gets her out of the house so I can crank up my heavy metal."

We are finding that we have to say "there are no drivers available" to a growing number of clients who need to get to important medical appointments. If you have as little as a few hours a month to get a senior to an appointment, we would love to hear from you! Gas reimbursement is provided for every trip.
