Last week, WoodGreen welcomed the federal Minister of Housing and Infrastructure, the Honourable Gregor Robertson, and Minister of the Environment, the Honourable Julie Dabrusin, to tour the 444 Logan Avenue Net Zero project inhabited by 160 low-income seniors households.

The Ministers explored Canada's first tenant-occupied panelized Net Zero retrofit construction site of an affordable housing model designed to significantly enhance an aging community housing building. We greatly appreciate all federal funding support to make this project possible.
