Position title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French–English)

Job description:

We are seeking a bilingual French–English Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will support French- and English-speaking customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information by phone, email, and other service channels. This role requires clear communication, sound judgment, and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist customers in French and English with questions, requests, and service issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex matters appropriately and follow through to resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience and meet service standards.

Qualifications:

- Professional proficiency in spoken and written French and English.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service or related experience is an asset.
- Availability to begin as soon as possible.

Celebrating the 2026 Summer Program students and their achievements👏🥳

Congratulations once again to this year’s Summer Program students for their hard work and meaningful contributions. Presentations by Sophia Constantinescu, Zanib Choudry, Elina Masnadiyazdinejad, and Selina Gu, along with a special presentation by Dhriti Dey, highlighted their innovative thinking and research across climate action, clean agriculture, technology, food security, and health. We also thank our CEO, Dr. Azizur Rahman, for mentoring the students and coordinating this amazing program.
