ASHBRIDGES BAY PARK DUNES

Cold drinks and snacks available (yup, this is a bribe ;-)

The sensitive, beautiful dune ecosystem at Ashbridges Bay Park is being overrun by White Sweet Clover. This beast of a w**d produces thousands of seeds that can sprout 30 or more years after they ripen.
Wear long sleeves, long pants, gloves and a hat. You'll need pruning shears, and some gumption. Donations of thick black garbage bags gratefully accepted.
3 Toronto Nature Stewards leads will be on site to guide volunteers, no experience or registration necessary.

Join us every Wednesday at 9am - 11am or 6:30pm - 8:30pm to remove invasive plants, plant native plants and see what's happening in this vibrant park.
