We are a group of avid snowmobilers promoting the sport of snowmobiling within the South Interlake region. Our primary concern, is to educate snowmobilers, young and old, on the safe operation of snowmobiles in order to lessen the chance of serious accidents and

Public Statement regarding the horse snowmobile encounter near Gunton.

The South Interlake SnoRiders have groomed this trail for winter use - primarily for snowmobilers, however we do permit other user groups except ATV's and Side by Sides in the winter. Therefore the trail is multi-use and I would ask all who use the trail to respect other's choice of enjoyment, be it snowmobiling, walking, horseback riding etc. Move to the far right when encountering another user and slow down to a safe speed. Be kind, be courteous and enjoy.
