๐Ÿ“ฃ AMPLIFY 2026: Host Organizations & Employers Wanted!

CSCNL is now welcoming Expressions of Interest from nonprofit organizations and a limited number of private businesses interested in hosting youth work placements through AMPLIFY (Assisting My Potential โ€“ Labour Initiative for Youth) this fall.

AMPLIFY supports youth who may have limited work experience or face challenges finding employment, while providing opportunities to build skills, confidence, and professional connections.

๐Ÿ’ผ For Host Organizations:
โ€ข AMPLIFY covers 100% of youth wages + MERCs
โ€ข Hosts receive an additional 15% administration subsidy
โ€ข Placements with eligible community sector organizations will be prioritized

By becoming a Host Organization, you can create meaningful employment opportunities for youth while strengthening your organization's capacity and contributing to the future workforce of our communities.

Sending out a mega THANK-YOU to all of the participants of our biggest Launch Your Skills success to date!

We were excited to create an opportunity for our participants to learn about the soon to be incorporated Northern Legacy Arts Cooperative!

Shout out to Kristen Murray from Newfoundland-Labrador Federation of Co-operatives for bringing your expertise to the Great Northern Peninsula. We express gratitude for enriching our communities with the knowledge that the cooperative movement can bring resilience, big ideas and collaboration to our region.

We hosted representatives from CNA, Grenfell Historical, SABRI Works, Great Northern Chamber of Commerce, White Bay Central Development Association, Great Northern Trail Association and other interested community members!
