The Shelburne & District Horticultural Society Plant Sale is back — May 24th 9am - 12 in the TrainerGames Fitness Centre and the tables are filling up with beautiful plants looking for new homes!

Expect a wonderful mix of:
🌸 Perennials
🌱 Seedlings
🐝 Pollinator-friendly plants

Elizabeth Brims, a Grey County Master Gardener will be demonstrating how to create a Native Plant container at our May meeting. https://www.greycountymastergardeners.ca/

Doors open at 7pm, the meeting will start at 7:30pm.

We are excited to have Robert Pavlis speak on April 21st.
He has 50 years of gardening experience, is an award-winning author of 11 gardening books, holds an M.Sc. in chemistry and biochemistry, teaches numerous gardening courses, and has written articles for many popular magazines such as Mother Earth News. https://www.gardenmyths.com/

We will be meeting in person, at the Agricultural Building and Robert will be speaking through zoom on his topic "Canoeing in the Arctic"

Doors open at 7pm for some social time and the meeting will start at 7:30pm
Our sharing table will be available for seeds and propagations and we will have the "Best Bloom" table setup. We hope to see you there!

Our first meeting is coming up and everyone is welcome.

If you love plants and gardening please consider joining us for an evening.

It will be a social evening with learning tables setup for floral design, winter sowing and propagation.

Our sharing table will be setup for any seeds or propagations that you would like you share.
We will also have some gardening books for sale by donation.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Come and see us at the Seedy Saturday at the Shelburne Public Library March 7, 10-1 we will have seeds for a lettuce or pollinator container available. If you have extra seeds please consider donating them to the Seed Library

If you missed your chance to donate seeds in February but would still like to contribute, bring your seeds with you on Saturday, March 7th!

Please be sure to label all seed donations with your name, the seed variety, and the year they were grown.
