UPDATE: The owner has been found. Thank you to everyone for sharing

FOUND YOUNG FEMALE CAT - approx 9 months old. No microchip. Has been living in back yards for 2 weeks in the areas of Simon and Victoria street in Shelburne. Very friendly. Was crying to get into the house and looking in windows. She was brought to the rescue at 9 pm Aug 25th. Please contact the rescue at 519 278 0707 if you know this cat.

FOSTER HOME NEEDED - These four - 7 week old kittens were found abandoned in a feed Mill. They have been dewormed and treated for fleas and are healthy. We are looking for someone that has a spare room where they can grow and play and until they are old enough to spay and neuter at 4 pounds. They are currently 2 pounds and under. We provide all the medical and supplies, you provide love and daily feedings and scooping. This is a very rewarding experience! We’re looking for volunteers! We have a great assortment of volunteers but are looking to add some more to help care for the cats.
We have solos, spouses, friends, and parent-child (high school).
It is approximately a 2 hour a week commitment.
