PICKLEBALL AT THE SEBA BUB
There is no class on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, as those who signed up will be taking the next level of Pickleball, so there will be no regular Pickleball for the rest of you.

Regular Pickleball at Seba Hub starts again on October 15, 2026, and every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday following from 9:00 to Noon.
It will be either $5.00 drop-in or $29 for the month.

INDOOR WALKING AT SEBA HUB
Indoor walking is available for those who really don’t want to walk outside in the cold! The schedule is the same as Pickleball. You can walk the halls, including the stairs. We have just been asked to stay in the halls and out of the rooms.
The cost is $10 a month.

FITNESS ROOM AT SEBA HUB
A fitness room will be available soon. We will let you know when it will be available. It is expected that a monthly pass for those who only want to walk or use the fitness room will be $19.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR ACTIVITIES
You can e-transfer to [email protected] .
Please put your name and Seba Hub on your e-transfer.

We meet Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the Seba Seniors May Hall. Each session includes a mix of cardio and weight training, chosen together as a group so you can work at a pace that feels right for you.

It’s free, it’s drop‑in, and it’s designed to help you maintain confidence and independence through everyday movement. Bring your weights, running shoes, and water, and join us for an hour that’s good for your health and your energy.

A quick update about our sign‑in process at Seba Seniors. You may have seen that we’re asking for a little more information when you arrive. This isn’t because we’re curious about your age — we know everyone here brings years of experience, wisdom, and community spirit.

We’re doing this because our federal grant requires us to collect some basic details from participants. It helps us keep funding for the programs, activities, and services you enjoy.

To protect your privacy:
• No last names on sign‑in sheets
• No personal information shared — only combined data
• Sheets are removed and stored safely

Thank you for your support. Your participation helps us continue creating opportunities, connections, and a great community for all.
