Recently President Sharon Paterson presented a $5,000.00 donation to Kacy and Becky from Princeton and District Community Services Society, for the "Better at Home" program to help fund the purchase of a vehicle to take seniors to and from out of town appointments.

On August 21st, the Princeton Legion was honoured to host a dinner for the Rolling Barrage.

The Rolling Barrage is an annual, coast-to-coast motorcycle ride across Canada that raises awareness, builds a support network, and collects funds for military veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members, and first responders dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health challenges.

Past President Cliff Glover and branch Executive members Phil Johnson and Laurie Obey were please to present a donation to the Rolling Barrage in the amount of $1,500.00. Branch member George Bremner accepted the donation on behalf of the Rolling Barrage.

The Legion was busy on Canada Day with many hungry visitors taking part in our free Community BBQ.
