Condolences to the impacted families and friends in Tumbler Ridge.

Out of respect for the victims, their families, and the Tumbler Ridge community, we are postponing tomorrow’s town hall.

This tragedy has shaken communities across the country.

Our thoughts are with all those affected.

As the holidays are quickly approaching, we start to think about giving and sharing with others. Not everyone is as fortunate as others, so we have once again provided the Powassan Food Bank with a donation on behalf of our membership.

Well it wasn’t warm, but it wasn’t raining either! THANK YOU to all of you who made it out to help clean up today! Nice to see some new faces out there, and of course the regulars.

Part of the work was obvious, some of it not so much as it remains in the sea cans - much needed inventories complete!

The ranges are again open - so happy shooting. Those of you partaking - good luck in your hunts!!

NOVEMBER 2nd….we need your help!

At 11:00am we will have a work party for fall clean-up. We need some small chainsaws, grading rakes, gravel rakes, pruners of different sizes, and people willing to work! Trees and weeds need to be trimmed, fenceline cleared, sea cans tidied and inventories done, ranges cleaned up, signs repaired or replaced, and on….

The more of our members who come out to help, the faster we will be done. Until we are done, all ranges will be closed to shooters to keep everyone safe. Once we finish, the ranges will reopen.

Remember - many hands make light work! Hope to see you there😎

Calling on members! With lots of warning - we are having a fall clean-up on Sunday November 2nd with a 11:00 start. The last work party was a huge success as we had lots of help and got lots of work done. Hoping we can have the same turnout for this one.

If you have a small chainsaw, please bring it.

The sneak peak at the IPSC World Shoot that Steph and Jay participated in last week that you have been waiting for.

Thought it would be fun to share some unofficial numbers too: about 50 countries represented; a whopping 1,800 participants; 30 stages; a minimum round count of 550; which translates to a staggering 1,004,400 rounds at least! Oddly there don't seem to be any serious injuries reported...but we already knew that would be the case!

Thank you to all the members that came out to the AGM last night! So nice to see such a large group - standing room only!

Your executive had some big changes as seats were vacated by long-standing members, which means your new executive has some big shoes to fill, but they are up to the challenge. We wish those executive representatives who stepped away all the best and the entire club cannot say enough…Thank You!

Finally, a reminder to members that have not yet renewed memberships…time is running out. You only have five days!
