good overall health. Our dental team provides dental care 5 days
a week!

The CHCN Dental Team is comprised of Dentists,
Denturist, Dental Hygienists,
Dental Assistants, Dental Receptionist,
and an Assistant Dental Manager—working together to
support your oral health.

If you are experiencing difficulties accessing dental care, we may be able to help!

The CHCN Dental Team provides care to those who cannot access dental treatment due to financial hardship, such as those receiving Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support, Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program, Healthy Smiles Ontario and those with a low annual income who do not have access to dental benefits. We also support those qualifying for the NIHB program, Canadian Dental Care Program and those with private insurance.

We're at St. Andrews United Church on Old Danforth Rd, in Grafton today, Tuesday June 16th from 2-3pm and at Mystic Yoga Studio on King St E, in Colborne tomorrow Wednesday June 17th from 2-3pm. Drop in to say hi and purchase some fresh local produce, meats, soups and pies!

We Provide Counselling and Mental Health Services - CHCN provides individual counselling, therapeutic groups, and caregiver support for people of all ages.

Services address ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiving stress, and more—often at pivotal moments in people’s lives.

Our mental health services include:

• Facilitating connection with other community resources & assist with system navigation. Social Prescribing – as a means to get connected with social and wellness supports.
• Access to a Registered Nurse for mental health support – for primary
care clients.

We had an amazing time celebrating Pride in Port Hope!

Our staff and volunteers were proud to participate in the Pride Parade and connect with community members throughout the event. Our team shared information about the many services available through our centre and helped raise awareness about the importance of cancer screening for 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

Everyone deserves access to safe, inclusive, and affirming healthcare. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello.
