Yesterday, we hosted our first-ever Lead the Future Youth Leadership Night — an evening that brought together youth from across Northumberland County to learn from local leaders, get inspired, and build connections for the future.

Throughout the night, participants learned what it means to be a strong leader, how to confidently present themselves in any room, and more about the leadership opportunities available through the Port Hope and District Agricultural Society.

It was an evening filled with laughter, new connections, opportunities, and meaningful conversations.
A huge thank you to our incredible sponsors — Milly’s, Courtice Septic, and Racine Financial — for helping make this event possible. Thank you as well to the Port Hope Lions Club for hosting us.

This is just one small step in the Port Hope and District Agricultural Society’s commitment to supporting the next generation of community leaders.

Animal exhibits are always a highlight at the fair! From the fluffy sheep and majestic horses to the hardworking cows, there is so much to see and learn about our local farm life. Tomorrow night’s the night! Come out to the Lead Future Youth Leadership event hosted by the Port Hope and District Agricultural Society at the Port Hope Lions Recreation Centre.
Doors open at 4:30 PM. Come learn from incredible speakers and local leaders. It’ll be a great night with free pizza and snacks!

We can’t wait to see you there from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
