Since launching The Raw Carrot at OneChurchTO, supported employment has created opportunities that extend into the wider life of the church.

The Raw Carrot employees are joining small groups, participating in church activities, building friendships with volunteers and becoming part of the wider community.

One of the things that makes The Raw Carrot work across communities is knowing that our site leaders don't have to figure everything out on their own.
Marilyn, our Director of Operations, supports site managers across Canada.

She helps with training, operations, problem-solving and all the everyday questions that come with running a social enterprise.

When Terry's life changed unexpectedly, so did his path to employment. After months in hospital and navigating mental health challenges, he wanted the opportunity to work again. At The Raw Carrot in Paris, he found meaningful employment, a supportive team, and a chance to move forward.
