BINGO BONANZA POW WOW FUNDRAISER!

Join us on November 5th for a fun evening in support of Odawa's 48th Annual Traditional Pow Wow.

This year hosted by Odawa's very own Executive Director; Anita and General Manager; Gabriel. They will be working alongside the ever famous Bingo Caller, Simone!

Open to everyone so bring your family, friends & friends of friends for a delicious dinner and a fun evening of Bingo.

Doors Open: 4:00pm
Dinner: 5:00 pm
Bingo Starts: 6:00 pm

Dabbers and Cards will be available on the night. Interact & Credit preferred.

Must be 19 years of age or older to participate.

MAKWA DODEM PATROL | COMMUNITY TRAINING NIGHT: OCTOBER 19, 2026

Odawa warmly invites you to the upcoming Makwa Dodem Patrol Community Training: PART 2. This training session will include: OPH Naloxone training, safe outreach practices, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.

As we prepare to begin our evening patrols later this month, this training will help volunteers build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to support safe outreach in our community.

We are also pleased to introduce Sara Laviolette, Odawa’s new Makwa Dodem Patrol Team Lead.

This training is open to anyone interested in volunteering. Email [email protected] for questions.

A heartfelt thank-you to all the students who baked, contributed cakes and bought a sweet treat at the bake sale organized by the Grade 12 Equity and Social Justice Class.

Together, they raised over $450 in cash and many canned goods for the Odawa Native Friendship Centre! We are truly thankful for their generosity and for the time, care and effort you put into supporting our community.

To the class who brought it all together, and everyone who helped make the day a success - thank you for thinking of Odawa and showing how much we can achieve when we come together.

For one day only our Food Pantry is moving from Wednesday 30th September, to Thursday 1st October.

When: October 1st (Thursday)

Come grab some fresh, nutritious food for you and your family.

One-time, onsite self-verification and registration needed.
